Website orders will be processed within 24 hours of receipt. If, for any reason, shipment goes beyond two business days, an email will be sent to you with the new ship-date.

All prices are FOB Cypress, CA.

Credit card will be charged when order is placed for the total cost of product plus shipping, and insurance options, if chosen.

Return Policy

BEFORE returning product, call Customer Service 800-626-2467 ext 475 to obtain an RMA number (Return Material Authorization).

For unused product in new condition returned within 30 days, a full refund of the product costs will be credited to the credit card used to make the purchase. (Shipping charges are not refundable.)

For unused product in new condition returned after 30 days, a 20% restocking fee will be subtracted and the balance will be credited to the credit card used to make the purchase. (Shipping charges are not refundable.)

Used or damaged product will not be refunded.
